Study On The Relationship Between The Industrial Structure And Land Use Structure In Chonggu,Qingpu District Of Shanghai

Rational structure of land use is an important factor to industry development. At the same time, optimizing the industrial structure becomes an important measure to improve the land use efficiency.The relationship between land use structure and industrial structure is reflected in that,On the one hand, land use structure can restrict or lead the development of the regional industry and the adjustment of industry structure.On the other hand, the evolution of the industrial structure has an effect on the adjustment of the structure of land use.This paper uses the change rate of the land use structure and the industrial structure of Chonggu Town,analysis of the change trend of information entropy, equilibrium degree and dominance of land use structure, to points out the correlation between industry structure and land use structure.Establish multiple linear regression models of the proportion of industrial output value and the proportion of the industrial fixed investment, the proportion of the industrial land.From the quantitative level, the correlation between the industrial structure and the structure of land use is discussed.The conclusion is that,present situation is that the land use structure lagging behind the industrial structure.The calculation results of information entropy, equilibrium degree and dominance degree of land use structure show that,the degree of subjecting to one or a small number of types of land use is falling.That is, the land use types are increasing, and they tend to balance.The proportion of industrial fixed investment has little explanation to the change of the proportion of industrial output value.In addition,the proportion of third industry landimpact third industrial output value most.Followed by the agricultural land.The increase of second industrial landhas the opposite effect to the second industry output value.
