This is the first time CAC companies use scientific analysis methods to conduct an empirical study of risk.This paper firstly introduces the research background research significance and present situation of risk management, TMA business aircraft, this paper expounds the general situation of the development of the concept and related theory, project risk management. Secondly, this paper introduces the basic situation of CAC company, TMA business aircraft project, the project background expounded and analyzed the necessity of the project, and points out the important significance of the risk management of the project. Again, according to the actual situation of the project risk management, the establishment of project risk management planning. Then, the integrated use of brainstorming method and check list method, the potential risk is effectively identified, established a list of project risk. Then through the issuance of the questionnaire, using expert investigation method to carry out the risk assessment work, preliminary determination of the potential risk probability of occurrence and the degree of influence; by constructing the risk judgment matrix, by using the analytic hierarchy process carried out risk assessment work, to calculate the weight of risk factors at all levels, to sort the levels of risk factors, to identify the key risk factors affect the project.
