With the development of technology and economy,China's fine chemical industry is also gradually developing,and the food additive industry driven by this has flourished.According to statistics,there are tens of thousands of domestic food additive manufacturers,but because of the benefits,safety investment can not bring short-term benefits,most companies have a poor sense of safety management,resulting in frequent safety accidents.This paper takes the cyclohexylamine production project as the research object,and identifies the hazard source of the project from different angles and aspects such as production process,equipment and facilities,plane and process layout through safety checklist and pre-hazard analysis method,and adopts LEC.The law ranks the identified hazard sources,especially for the production links that are prone to explosions in the project,using a steam cloud explosion model for analysis.Therefore,the identified risks are quantitatively evaluated,and the risks are ranked according to the rating results.At the same time,according to the risk level after identification and evaluation,corresponding measures are formulated from different aspects such as management,technology,equipment and materials to achieve continuous optimization of enterprise safety risk management and control.
