The recruitment can could truly reflect enterprises capability in human resource management. In this article I will apply some analysis methodologies to point out problems of employment, such as low effective Recruitment and talents drain for Enterprise R. And this article I will give some advantages of recommendations and evidences, which could assist human resource management department to improve work efficiency and eliminating probability of talents loss.In the introduction, research background of current development and management of small and micro enterprises will be articulated. In the next section, current condition of recruitment as well as difficulties in human resource will be introduced and debated. Thin article aims at finding out the unreasonable parts in Enterprise R, including the absence of the HR management system, unprepared recruitment, low matching degree between the employees and the corresponding jobs, as well as the unreasonable recruitment channel through analyzing the current situation of employee recruitment. Following conclusions will be made on the basis of the research in this article:1. Reseanable and complete informationization system of human resource in enterprise should be established.2.The enterprise should made adequate work before recruitment.3.The enterprise should attach important on the matching degree between the applied people and the jobs they apply for, Editting introduction on brocheres for jobs is necessary. 4.Conducting evaluation of employee comoetence.5.Making plans of interviewing newly-recurited staff.6.Establishing and developing long-term, recruitment mechanism.7. Enterprise should prepare multiple recruitment methods. Finally, putting forword the next step of study expects on the basis of the above research.
