Energy is an important material basis for human survival and social development.With the increasing energy demand,energy shortage and the environmental problems caused by over-consumption of energy gradually attract people’s attention.Energy efficiency has become a hot topic in recent years.How to effectively improve energy efficiency and reduce pollutant emissions is essential to the sustainable development of China’s economy,so a scientific analysis of China’s energy efficiency and the main impact factors,to improve energy efficiency to provide reliable recommendations and empirical data,has important Theoretical and practical significance.Based on the theories of data envelopment analysis and energy efficiency,this paper makes an in-depth understanding of China’s energy efficiency through literature induction,empirical analysis and results prediction,and puts forward some suggestions on the basis of empirical results.The theoretical basis of this paper is to summarize the literature and related theoretical knowledge and put forward the research content and route.Although the data envelopment analysis is widely used in energy efficiency analysis,different data envelopment analysis focuses on different points,So try to use super-efficiency DEA and DEA-Malmquist model from two aspects to describe China’s energy efficiency,and thus a comprehensive understanding of China’s energy efficiency situation.The DEA model can be divided into effective and inefficient two types,and then the further analysis of the effective region;and then the DEA model can be divided into two types: The DEA-Malmquist model can dynamically analyze energy efficiency and classify energy efficiency into technical efficiency and technological progress to understand the main reasons for energy efficiency improvements.The empirical analysis is mainly based on the panel data for measurement and analysis.First,the super-efficiency DEA and DEA-Malmquist models are used to measure the energy efficiency.The empirical results show that China’s overall energy efficiency is low and the average energy efficiency is only 0.6836.The level of energy efficiency is low,but has been on the rise,DEA-Malmquist model calculations confirm this point,the energy efficiency in 2000-2013 annual average growth rate of 3.6%,the main driving force is the technological progress.Second,to verify whether China’s energy efficiency exists spatial correlation,and then establish a model to analyze China’s energy efficiency factors,the results show that China’s energy efficiency there is a clear spatial correlation,economic development,industrial structure,urban development,energy prices on energy efficiency.The energy efficiency of Chinese energy efficiency is negatively affected by government intervention,opening to the outside world and energy structure.Finally,according to the measured energy efficiency in China,the gray correlation analysis is used to predict the future energy efficiency in China.The results show that China’s energy efficiency The future is still growing trend,different regions of the growth rate is different.The conclusion of the policy is to summarize the research results and put forward the corresponding suggestions and policies in combination with the relevant conclusions.On the one hand,we should speed up the process of urbanization,promote urban development,speed up the pace of energy restructuring and improve the energy price mechanism.On the other hand,we should promote technical exchange and cooperation among regions,and adopt different local conditions according to local differences measures and policies. |
