Energy Effciency And Influencing Factors Of Research In China

Energy is a important inputs of a country and region. Energy efficiency is the ratio of the optimal efficiency and the actual utilization efficiency. There are many factors that can influence the efficiency of the energy, Including industrial structure, energy structure, price factor, technological progress, etc.First, this paper applies data envelopment analysis method, in 2003 to 2012,29 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in our country’s real gross domestic product(GDP)as put variables, with the inputs of energy, labor and capital as input variables, measure of China’s provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of energy efficiency. Measurement results show that in our country different regional energy efficiency has a larger gap, be divided into eastern, central and western in China, it can be seen in the eastern part of the highest energy efficiency and a minimum energy efficiency in the western region. And energy efficiency in China from 2003 to 2012 is constantly improving.In order to find the effective way to improve energy efficiency, in this paper, further to our country the influence factors of energy efficiency were studied, selection to the third industry represented by the GDP of the industrial structure and technical progress as explained variable, total factor efficiency to be explained variable. Tobin, a model is used to test data, the conclusion showed, the optimization of industrial structure has optimization effect to improve energy efficiency. The conclusion shows that, The optimization of industrial structure has optimization effect to improve energy efficiency. The improvement of the energy consumption structure and regional economic development level of energy efficiency has a promoting effect. In the foreign trade exports will make energy efficiency drops and no significant impact on energy efficiency of imports.Finally, based on the above research results, the improvement of energy efficiency in China put forward the corresponding policy. For example, break the barriers between urban and rural areas to achieve optimal allocation of resources, optimize the industrial structure and focus on the development of the third industry.
