Since 1980s,private enterprises have achieved rapid development,and its role in economic development has become increasingly prominent,but the private enterprises have gradually revealed their own shortcomings.The backward mode of human resources management is one of the key constraints,especially plays an important role in performance appraisal,for staff salaries,job,etc.have a direct impact.Therefore,to build a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system,so that employees can be objective,impartial and accurate evaluation,so that enterprises and employees to achieve a win-win situation for the development of enterprises is particularly important.Through access to information,questionnaires,interviews,observation and other means,a comprehensive survey to understand the status quo of performance evaluation of enterprise performance,and combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,find out the problems existing in Treezoperformance appraisal performance appraisal: the comprehensive understanding of performance goals,the design is not scientific,lack of effective communication and feedback of performance evaluation the lack of performance appraisal,performance evaluation results using and complaint mechanism.Through the analysis of the Treezo in the performance appraisal problems,find out the corresponding reason: the company lacks suitable performance management system,performance management,lack of a correct view of the strategic goal of enterprise management can not be matched.The author uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and questionnaire survey to extract the performance indicators of the company's post,and improve the job description,so that the design of the performance appraisal program is more easy to operate more optimized.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of optimization scheme,we should mobilize,before training,organization,system and culture provide the safeguard measures to implement,to timely feedback after the implementation of performance improvement,a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal program lay.
