The research background of this paper is: the competition strategy is a part of the enterprise strategy,which is under the control of the overall strategy of the enterprise,to guide and manage the planning and operation of the specific strategic business unit.The core of the enterprise competition strategy to solve is how to determine customer needs,through the relationship between competitors' products and the enterprise products of the three,to establish the enterprise products in the market and maintain the status of specific position.After years of rapid development,mahogany furniture industry into the depth of the adjustment period,the industry needs structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading."Internet plus" era has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of major rosewood furniture industry.In Internet plus background,enterprises can establish the correct development strategy,select the appropriate competitive strategy,to better promote the long-term development of their own.Changes in the external macro environment,industry environment and internal and external environment of the company,HX mahogany furniture company needs to adjust and optimize the original competitive strategy,in order to obtain long-term competitive advantage in mahogany furniture market.The purpose of this study is: I hope this study can effectively improve the competitiveness of the company in the Chinese HX mahogany furniture mahogany furniture market,but also provide some useful inspiration for the similar enterprises to improve their competitive advantage.This paper mainly studies the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of HX rosewood furniture company.Combined with the actual situation of HX rosewood furniture company,based on the comprehensive comparison of the three kinds of basic competitive strategy,the HX rosewood furniture company is more suitable to take the difference of competitive strategy.Hope that this study can effectively improve the HX rosewood furniture companies in the Chinese rosewood furniture market competitiveness,but also for similar enterprises to improve their competitive advantage to provide some useful inspiration.In HX we found that rosewood furniture company has the advantage of advanced technology,good brand image,excellent product quality,high level design,rich reserves of raw materials and the superior geographical position;the main disadvantage is the product price is not competitive,product design flexibility is insufficient to client and lack of effective management;major development opportunities facing opportunities of development environment,stable development and huge potential of the domestic mahogany furniture industry "Internet plus" era brings;the main threat is the raw material resources become increasingly tense,rising prices of mahogany furniture industry into a deep adjustment period,homogenization of mahogany furniture and global downtown pressure on the economy more serious.
