Latin dance training institutions have started popping up all over the country in recent years. Good and bad Latin dance training institutions exist in the market. There are a lot of problems in the process of marketing strategy formulation and implementation caused by operator's idea, consciousness, money, and so on. So it will be very important to help them how to learn to make marketing strategy and implement it.Take X Latin dance training center as an example. Now it becomes the main problem about how to make marketing strategy in order to meet its demand. The paper makes the following research and put forward tactics:This paper analyzes the current marketing situation of this training center from the present development situation of Latin dance training industry at home and abroad. It is mainly engaged in youth Latin dance training. With the fierce competition and the rapid expansion of the center, the traditional marketing mode cannot satisfy its development. It needs a set of scientific and systematic marketing strategy. We know the internal strengths and weaknesses, the external opportunities and threats of this center by SWOT analysis method, and then put forward combination strategy which is the combination of growth strategy and diversification strategy. We analyze the market demand of the center, the market segmentation of product demand, the target market selection and market positioning based on above study and using the mature STP marketing strategy method. It mainly analyzes the psychological demand of parents. According to the students'geographical location, age and learning needs, adopts the combination mode of product specialization and market specialization. Thus the center should choose the differential competitive marketing strategy. Coupled with 4Ps marketing theory, we put forward a new marketing strategy about the current chosen strategy which includes the concrete product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy and channel strategy in order to realize the marketing promotion of the center. We also have a series of measures, which includes abundant excellent teachers, scientific curriculum system, abundant teaching forms and fruitful teaching achievements.I hope this research can make the marketing strategy of X Latin dance training center to become the key to win the market. At the same time it can give other Latin dance training institutions for reference.
