Research On The Contract Forconstruction Project Management Of C Company

Construction contract is the legal basis in the process of project construction. It can not only restrain the behavior of the contract's participants, maintain their legal rights and interests, but also keep the market economic order, standardize the construction market. Contract for the construction project management is an important content in construction project management, the project participants need rigorous system of contract management, and the contract management must reflect the detailed, comprehensive and normative demands. Since the reform and opening policy implemented in China, the socialist market economy has experienced rapid development. Contract management gradually infiltrates into every link of the construction project, the contract management practices are also rich in the further. This situation provides a powerful guarantee for development, but at the same time, it also exposes many problems in the contract management.This paper integrates theory with practice to discuss the importance and necessity of contracts for construction projects, by using observation method, system science method, literature method, and referring to the domestic and foreign experts to the research of related contribution. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the existing problems of contracts management through combining with the case of C company, from the internal structure, management mode and its important stages in the process of project construction (bidding stage, survey and design stage, construction stage and completion acceptance stage). Based on the above, it discusses the feasibility of the measures to improve and perfect the construction contract management problems. In conclusion, to achieve the expected benefits in the economic market, the contract parties should strengthen and attach importance to contract management.
