Reseach On Construction And Maintenance Of Partnership For Community Broadband Implementation Project In NJ

In the increasingly competitive business context,it is becoming more and more confusing that how competitors deal with their relationship with partners.Although we often hear and see the great effect of partnership on business projects in the commercial market and news reports,we still feel helpless in the construction and maintenance of our partnership-theories and cases in this area are still scarce.This paper is divided into the following parts:Firstly,this paper will present the brief analysis of the domestic and foreign research status,and then sort out the basic theories of the current partnership governance.Secondly,based on the literature theory and the author's interpretation of the partnership of the companies,the author makes a detailed study on how to implement the partnership in the NJ community broadband project.First,the partners in the community broadband project are divided into different classifications,including the supply side partner,client partners,the main interests of the relationship between the group and the third party partners;Second,the relationship categories in the broadband project are divided into two types,one is contractual relationship based on law,one is based on the contractual relationship of the law,which has certain rigidity.And this kind of relationship is not conducive to enhance the efficiency and guarantee the effectiveness.The other is the social relations based on social capital,which is rooted in the Chinese culture,and is more flexible and of high affinity,it is more easy for both sides to reach an agreement;third,build the relationship among the partners in the community broadband project,and there is the internal pectoral benefit maximization issue during the implementation of NJ community broadband project,so in addition to building external partnerships,there is also a need to build partnerships within the company,or to break it down into supplier partnerships,contractor partnerships,the dealer partnership,the terminal customer partnership,etc;And then,we analyze the partnership conflicts and solutions to these problems of NJ community broadband projects and make use of different relationships to deal with them.Finally,use Morgan and Hunt's Commitment and Trust Theory to maintain the partnership in the NJ community broadband construction projects.Finally,the author hope that the further research would sort out the boundary between contractual relationship and social relationship,and be able to know clearly in what kind of partnership,contractual relationship would be used as the main method;and in what kind of situation,the society relationship should be used.
