Analysis On The Present Situation Of Mining Economic Development And Utilization In Heilongjiang Province

Mining industry is the mainstay industry of Heilongjiang province. Mining economy is an important part of industrial economy of Heilongjiang province. The study on current situation and major issues of mining economy of Heilongjiang province not only concerns the overall development and layout adjustment of mining industry, but also provides important support for mining economic development in seeking new economic growth points. This thesis briefly summarizes the development status of mining economy of Heilongjiang Province from development and utilization of mineral resources, mining processing industry, and mining industrial parks, and then comprehensively and systematically analyzes the basic status and existing issues of development and utilization of mining economy. Furthermore, the thesis properly defines the positioning of mining economy in Heilongjiang province and China, which provides theoretical basis for further development and layout of mining economy of Heilongjiang province.Mineral resources reserve of Heilongjiang province has the nationwide advantage,and holds an important status in national mining economy. However, mining economy of Heilongjiang province obviously declines in the proportion and influence of nationwide mining economy, and takes on a backward tendency. The total industrial output value of mining processing industry rises steadily in the proportion of Heilongjiang province, but falls behind the development speed of other provinces and has a large gap between the nationwide development of mining processing industry. While keeping the stable coalexploitation in the east, Heilongjiang province focuses on promoting the construction of industrial parks for superior mineral resources to closely link up upstream and downstream industrial chains, enhance added value of products, optimize industrial structure, and explore the development path of mining economy. In recent years, the number of foreign-funded mining enterprises has a rising proportion, but still lags behind in the nationwide proportion. Thus it needs to further strengthen introducing foreign-funded mining enterprises to Heilongjiang province.
