| In recent years under the economic downward pressure,the operating performance of China’s banks are faced with a big challenge.At the same time,the competition among banks is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to keep the great development of enterprises in the fierce competition,it is very important to establish a scientific and effective performance management system.In the face of pressure,under the premise of maintaining the existing market,their own competitive advantages are played to expand the scope of business.Under the advantage of the effective use of performance management system,the ability of the personnel to work is improved and increasing revenue has become the current focus of research.As a market and performance oriented city commercial bank,DZ bank needs to not only learn from the performance evaluation model of mature commercial banks,but also think and innovate on how to get rid of the traditional business model of commercial banks and explore a road more able to play their own advantages.In this paper,the performance management development and future development goals of DA bank is analyzed in depth by reading and summarizing domestic and foreign literature on the theory of bank performance management,field-researching the current situation of the performance management practice of the same type of bank in China and combining with my related work experience to further find out the problems existing in the current performance management of DZ bank.The problems existing in the DZ bank are comprehensively analyzed and a set of performance management system is established scientifically and reasonably for the DZ bank combined with the theory.The performance appraisal system is verified and improved through the practical application of performance management system to highlight the focus and ensure the successful implementation of the four methods of performance appraisal. |
