The rapid development of human civilization has brought an unprecedented wealth of material, followed by a lot of issues that deserve our deep thinking.The current environmental problems of society: global warming, climate anomalies, environmental pollution and energy crisis have affected and threatened the survival and development of mankind.With the development of "slow" movement.There comes many new concept such as slow fashion, green fashion, sustainable design, humanistic design and emotional design... And the revival of the traditional culture in China becomes the trend.The whole big cultural trend brought the social,economic and cultural change. "slow" become a trend which is environmentally friendly,practical, sustainable and pay attention to humanistic care.The paper combines the concept of "slow" culture and brand culture,analyzing the cultural characteristics of the “slow” brand. Under the background of the trend of thought the paper put forward the "slow" cultural concept into the brand culture construction for cultural innovation.Transfer the concept "slow" into Chinese market cultural. Through the study of foreign outstanding and advanced cultural ideas, inheritance and development of traditional Chinese culture, the clothing industry brand development need build the brand culture based on the "slow" value.To develop the Chinese local clothing brand culture construction method.
