The Study On Entrepreneur Of Lu'an Rural Youth

As a large agricultural country, most of the population in China is in rural area. It is also one of the fundamental realities of the country. "Three Rural Issues" is always an important issure during the modernization process and economic development of our country. How to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers rely on the development of rural industry economy. Entrepreneurship by encouraging farmers to promote rural economic development, not only solve the problem of rural surplus labor,but also increase the farmers' incomes. Taking advantage of the reformation, primary minister Li puts forward the slogan "Entrepreneurship has innovation of the masse" which sets off a new upsurge of entrepreneurship. The slogan becomes the motivative power of driving economic development and promoting social progress. Entrepreneurship has important significance for relieving employment pressure and improving people's well-being.Young rural population accounts for most of the rural population, the most dynamic and creative, are the backbone of the business, it contains huge business potential. In such cases, the study of the problem of rural youth entrepreneurship, help the rural youth to deal with the difficulties existing in the entrepreneurial process is of great importance.Based on the rural youth entrepreneurship related theoretical basis.this paper draw lessons from and foreign research on the rural youth entrepreneurship framework.Take Lu'an city as an case,we analyze the current condition of rural youth entrepreneurship, motivation, environment and the status of start up mode,point out the main difficulties encountered in the process of rural youth entrepreneurship,problem and reason.From the aspects of rural youth individuals and families as well as the government and society to solve the rural youth entrepreneurship difficulties.we promote strengthen the consciousness of rural youth entrepreneurship and improve the rural youth entrepreneurship.We point out the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion,for the rural youth groups to broaden employment channels,on path to self-employment,improve the quality of life has important practical significance.
