With the accelerating process of economic globalization, human resources have become an important part of the current industrial development and market competition, which is the basic guarantee for the realization of their own value. Job evaluation, as the first step of human resource allocation, is the effective basis of compensation decision and management, which can not be ignored in improving the salary system, playing the incentive effect, and promoting the team cooperation. At the same time, job evaluation directly influences the internal fairness of the enterprises or organizations pay, scientific and effective job evaluation process to improve team enthusiasm, eliminate employee negative emotions, to keep the group performance has significant positive effect.JC Research Center, as a national research center of the Institute of automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has become the core technology and patents owned by the backbone of scientific research institutes. However, in the human resources management, JC research center is faced with the lack of scientific post evaluation and management mode, the distribution system is chaotic, the salary structure is single, the staff career development channel narrow and so on. Not only that, from the daily activities of human resource management can be found, the staff of the center for the study of JC for the current job recognition and pay satisfaction were lower and defined the importance of existing positions and departments, post bear the responsibility and risk does not match and so on, salary adjustment and post evaluation of the reform process imminent.The paper takes the evaluation of the JC research center position as the research object, firstly, systematically introduces and analyzes the status of JC research background, job evaluation and existing problems; secondly, the position analysis of the implementation of JC Research Center, to determine the basic principles of the job evaluation, post evaluation purpose, and according to the basic principle and purpose of job evaluation. The basic process of job evaluation design and control; thirdly, determine the evaluation index of the JC research center post, post evaluation index selection, the use of the questionnaire for the evaluation index of the post final, use AHP to determine the weight of job evaluation index, finally determine the post evaluation index system of the JC Research Center; finally, the evaluation data the JC research center of post acquisition and summary, through the standard deviation of the distribution on the effectiveness of Post Examination Score Check. The data were analyzed to obtain the JC research center job classification rating scale, and put forward the results of job evaluation.The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical reference for improving employees' awareness of the fairness of labor remuneration, promoting the effective operation of enterprise and team motivation mechanism, and ensuring the vitality of employees. At the same time, through the research on post evaluation, forming scientific and effective and has the feasibility of job evaluation procedures and methods, to promote enterprise salary system reform, accelerate human capital operation of enterprises and the organizations has an important theoretical and practical significance.
