With the rapid development of China's modern economy,small private enterprises have been continuing to grow with its unique and strong.The private economy has become an important part of our economy.With the continuous rise of the modern enterprise,the trend of intensified market competition is more obvious.In the meantime,the role of business people follows with interest.In a sense,the core competitiveness of enterprises lies in the competitive business talent.In China's current situation,it's common that employee loyalty in many small-scale private enterprises is not high,and even more worse.The fact has restricted seriously the development of small private enterprises.The problem of declining employee loyalty bothering small private enterprises is also catching the eyes of the government and thus has become a hot topic for many researchers.In this paper,the author is trying to choose small-scale private enterprises as the object of study,specifically for its low loyalty,perform some comprehensive studies upon it,explore the main causes of the problem for enterprises to absorb and train excellent employees by effective combination of China's current brain drain situation,which helping provide a concrete implementation strategy for further strengthening the loyalty of employees,promoting the solidarity among employees,building and improving the employee loyalty supervision system.In this paper,through investigation and analysis of the main reasons for low employee loyalty in small-scale private enterprises,the author tries to put forward a scientific and effective response to the program.This paper is composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly shows the background,value and expectation of this paper.At the same time,it also expounds the content,style and creative items of the research.The second part mainly introduces the theory and literature,including the definition of the core concept,the theory narration,and the classical conclusion of the literature.The third part describes the current small-scale private enterprise employee loyalty level,and briefly summarized its main features.The fourth part describes the investigation of employee loyalty of small-scale private enterprises in China,mainly from the business internals and staff.The fifth part shares the conclusions and recommendations,as well as the shortcomings of this research,even for the further view of research,according to the data analysis in this paper.The author also puts forward some suggestions to the small private enterprises,hoping to provide effective guidance and help for the supervision of employee loyalty.
