With the era of the knowledge-based economy,enterprises are focusing more on the value of human-capital.Managers gradually realize it's essential to develop and maximize the utility of human resource constantly,so as to obtain and maintain the advantage in the competition.With such background,in order to motivate employee on proactively creating value,lots of the scholars and employers started to investigate and study how to inspire the employee potentiality,to arouse the employee enthusiasm.China is a developing country with huge population,salary is still one of the most important ways to motivate the employee.With the basis of Organization Behavior and Positive Psychology,this thesis is studying the influence mechanism of the salary satisfaction & psychological contract making to work enthusiasm,and exploring whether the psychological contract works as intermediaries between salary satisfaction and working enthusiasm.This article collected 160 effective questionnaires,Then,uses SPSS21.0 to test the research hypothesis.Then test the research hypothesis with correlation analysis and regression analysis by SPSS21.Finally,gets the conclusions as below:?Salary satisfaction has significant positive effect on psychological contract.All of 3 dimensions including salary,welfare &salary promotion mechanism/management have significant positive effect on working enthusiasm.The most influential dimension is salary promotion mechanism/management,then salary and welfare.?Psychological contract has significant positive effect on working enthusiasm.Relation contract has significant effect on working enthusiasm,but transaction contract does not have significant effect.?Salary satisfaction has significant positive effect on working enthusiasm.All of 3 dimensions including salary,welfare &salary promotion mechanism/management have significant positive effect on working enthusiasm.The most influential dimension is salary promotion mechanism/management,then salary and welfare.?Psychological contract is the mediation variable of salary satisfaction and working enthusiasm.In the end,this article develop relevant suggestions,the limitation and vision for future research based on the conclusions.
