Modern society has entered the era of high technology.Knowledgeable talents and technology economy are affecting people's life,study and work all the time.In the era of knowledge economy,as the main factor of production,knowledge is playing a more and more important role.The knowledgeable staffs are the important carrier of knowledge,so its importance is more and more obvious.Therefore we pay more and more attention to this group of knowledgeable workers and do a lot of research work about them.We hope to improve the working efficiency of the knowledgeable workers who create value as much as possible in the limited time and space and under the given working conditions.It is not only our pursuit of the goal,but also the needs of economic and social development.In this paper,mobile operating enterprise knowledgeable workers are the research object and using the method of literature research,survey research,statistical analysis,induction and deduction and other research methods studies the relationship among their psychological contract,affective commitment and job satisfaction.Firstly,the author reviewed the concept of knowledgeable workers,psychological contract,job satisfaction and affective commitment,and summarized the related research results.Then some hypotheses are put forward on the basis of previous research findings and the research model about knowledgeable employee psychological contract,affective commitment and job satisfaction is established.Finally,the empirical analysis of the relationship model is made.To determine whether the study hypothesis established is true is according to the empirical analysis results.Through the correlation analysis of the psychological contract and job satisfaction,psychological contract and affective commitment,affective commitment and job satisfaction,for the knowledge employee of mobile enterprises,transactional psychological contract has a negative impact on job satisfaction,while relational psychological contract has significant positive effect on the job satisfaction;relational psychological contract has a significant positive effect on affective commitment;affective commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction.The conclusion obtained from the regression analysis of knowledgeable employee's psychological contract,affective commitment and job satisfaction is that affective commitment plays a full intermediary role in the way that relational psychological contract influences job satisfaction.
