Developing Problems And Path Optimization Of Agricultural Science Popularization Industry In Meizhou

With the rapid development of science and technology, science has been concerned increasingly. Public support and understand for science and technology is an important factor in promoting them. China is a large agricultural country, and agriculture is technology-oriented, so in order to promote the economic and modernization of agriculture, it’s important to develop and innovating the science and technology. Agricultural science popularization is an important part of science popularization, at the meantime, completing the industrial system of agricultural science is very vital to improve the effectiveness of agricultural popularization and agricultural modernization. Since 2004 year, the CPC Central Committee continuously introduced the "Document Number One", of which the core content is to guide "three rural" work and promoting the development of modern agriculture. Wherein the document in 2015 proposed that to strengthen the agriculture, we should focus on competitiveness and technology innovation of agriculture. Scientific and technological development plan in National Twelfth Five-year Plan has proposed clearly that we should promote scientific and technological platform construction and open sharing, encouraging research institutes and universities to open their scientific and technological resources to the community. National Thirteenth Five-year Plan made it clear to promote innovation-driven development and accelerating the pace of agricultural modernization, which provide a pivotal political support for the realization of the industrialization of agricultural science popularization. Agricultural science popularization industry is a new industry in Meizhou, and it is important to achieve the strategic requirements of agricultural development and modernization in Meizhou. Its development needs the combine with modern agriculture and advanced practical experience, using scientific and advanced science theory of agricultural to select a industrialization path and establish agricultural science industry model which is universally applicable.This paper starts from the basic concept about the selection of path of industrial development of agricultural science popularization, making a corresponding overview in terms of some related theories. Secondly, we probed some aspects of problems,it can be listed as follow; imperfect science industry system,outdated technology,unfocussed policy, science education departing from the basic functions of the agricultural base, the lack of local specialties and other aspects of the brand. Thirdly, the author made a feasibility study on development path of Meizhou, using a variety of theoretical knowledges of agricultural economics, marketing and the others. And then carried out an investigation on its achieved basis, including some universal experiences and typical experiments at home, Meizhou and abroad. Focused on the above analysis, the author put forward the optimization of Meizhou agricultural science industry development path selection mode from multiple angles on government guidance, financial security, enterprises hold together, building the brand and innovation power. On the basis of these summaries, the author made some effective suggestions, including the establishment of agricultural science industry funding, strengthening technology innovation, guiding the development of specialized science base characteristics of the agricultural, industrial integration, innovation promotion, which will form a multi-dimensional model including science education initiative, resource integration diversification, various forms of science popularization and technical support three-dimensional.
