Cultivation Path For New Agricultural Management Entities: The Experiences Of Meizhou And Its Enlightenment

New agricultural management entities play an increasingly important role in promoting China’s agricultural development and agricultural modernization. How to promote the cultivation for new agricultural management entities and make them get stronger are increasingly concerned by the state and society. From the party’s 18 to the No. 1 document from the national central government of 2013 and 2014, they first put forward new agricultural management entities, and then ask to develop new agricultural management entities and now to support the development of new agricultural management entities. These indicate that China more and more realiaze that new agricultural management entities play important role in developing modern agriculture. With the development of modern agricultural technology, the segmentation of the agricultural industry make it important to comprehensively develop the agricultural industrial chain, which play more and more important role in cultivate new agricultural management entities. Many scholars believe that the competition of agriculture actually is the competition between the industrial chain, but few scholars deeply discuss and use the empirical research method to analyze how Industrial chain foster new agricultural management entities. This article will focus on the integration of industrial chain theory, taking Meizhou agricultural reform practice as a sample to analyze how to cultivate new agricultural management entities in the industry chain.In recent years, the Meizhou agricultural sector integrated related agricultural management entities of main agricultural products, form twelve agricultural characteristic industry associations, achieve Baotuan development, and made great achievements. This article takes the agricultural industry chain development for perspective, uses empirical analysis methods to deeply study the development of Meizhou Agricultural reform about industry chain. from the upstream industry chain organization, information management to the middle of the production mechanization, service socialization and then to the downstream of brand building and sales channels construction, they no longer stick to the development of a single subject, instead they integrated the development of the whole chain, give full play to the advantages of the various aspects of management entities, achieve complementary advantages and scale increasing benefit. The results showed that the overall development of the agricultural industry chain is very important to cultivate new agricultural management entities in industrial chain each link, but they still face with constraints of manpower, capital, land and so on. So they require the fully supported policy from the government.
