| Veterinary drugs play an important role in preventing and treating animal diseases, promoting the healthy development of husbandry, improving people's living standards. Veterinary drug industry has an important role in the national economy. However, There is a wide gap between Chinese and developed countries in veterinary drug industry, such as production, research and development, sales, product quality and administration. With the open of the veterinary drug industry in China, many multinational enterprises entered the domestic market one after another, at the same time, domestic veterinary drug companies are still increasing every year, therefore, veterinary drug enterprises in China are facing unprecedented competitive pressure. How to grasp the situation, survive from the competition and to develop is becoming a difficult problem for each animal drug company, that is also the purpose and core of my reseacrh.The current development of veterinary preparations enterprises in China is showed in this thesis by the comparison and analyzing in the number, size, human resources, veterinary medicine research and development and economic benefits of veterinary preparations enterprises. By the analyzing results we find that in the veterinary preparations enterprises, the medium-size enterprises account for 50.59%; the small-size enterprises account for 38.58%; the micro-size enterprises account for 8.99%; and the large-size enterprises account for 1.84%. The above datas show that scale of veterinary enterprises in China is small. Moreover, comparing with occident, the problems in veterinary enterprises of China is that the production facilities and the technology and management level is lower and behindhand, the production capacity is surplus, product homogenization is serious, the dosage-form is single, and low levels of research and innovation. These problems result the profit margins become smaller and smaller so that development and production of veterinary enterprises are hampered severely.In this paper, taking Henan Biological Engineering Co., Ltd., Guangdong Veterinary medicine enterprise and Guangdong Wen's Dahuanong Biological Technology Co., Ltd as examples, we analyzed the automated status of the production equipment for small and large businesses veterinary preparations in detail. Comparing production automation in different workshops including Chinese medicine powder, injection, oral solution, powder premix and Chinese medicine extraction and so on, it can be seen Guangdong Wen's Dahuanong biotechnology Co., Ltd. basically achieve a fully automated in the respective production line, only a few production lines are semi-automatic, the Henan Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. is still in a small workshop-style production. Guangdong Wen's Dahuanong Biological Technology Co. have accounted for a large advantage in product quality, production efficiency and reducing labor intensity of workers. Therefore, it is stronger in the fierce market competition.The studies were used in the production automation situation present and development trend of the veterinary drug preparations enterprises to understand the gap of veterinary drug enterprise preparation production line in our country. It was to put forward targeted operational advice for the veterinary medicine preparation production development in our country. It can provide basis for the enterprises in understanding and speculating veterinary drug industry development prospect in our country.The results can provide reliable basis and decision-making reference for the government and enterprises. |
