Analysis On Current Situation Of Agricultural Production And Agricultural Extension Pattern In Gaoming

Since the 21 st century, those, including the rural economy, the environment,the quality of farmers, and so on in China have been developed rapidly. These developments depend on the progress of agricultural science and technology support. And the construction and improvement of agricultural technology extension system in our country is an important means of popularization of agricultural science and technology. At first, this paper collected and access to relevant literature about domestic and foreign agricultural extension, management nd other aspects. On the basis of reading literature we carried out investigations on agricultural extension in Gaoming District of Foshan City,while taking advantage of the comparison method for reference and comparison across countries promotion mode and the promotion of the status quo. And then we use SWOT method combining the status of agricultural production in Gaoming District of Foshan City in recent years, make a prediction of its agricultural trends, and analyze of the existing four agricultural extension mode. Finally we draw the following conclusions that:1. Agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery industry in Gaoming showed moderate growth trend in recent years, and its development trend is good. Agricultural products like products of rice, vegetables and aquatic were larger. Thus it is an inevitable trend to develop four major traditional industries of rice, vegetables(kudzu), animal husbandry, fisheries and other agricultural development continually. In addition, we can use the smart district that Gaoming is located in the Pearl River Delta geographical as an advantage to develop urban agriculture, improve agricultural efficiency and increase farmers' income.2. The labor resources in Gaoming are abundant. Yet on the whole in Gaoming, the trend of agricultural labor is the aging, cultural quality is not high, and the number of agricultural industrialization is decreasing. To inspire young passion for agriculture and attract young people engaged in agriculture in Gaoming is an important measure to solvethe problem of Gaoming production of farmers.3. Low wages, without seeing the prospects for development, work compared to other industries is not respected, existing agricultural innovation without working, single duplication may be the reasons why government agencies and institutions of agriculture in Gaoming lack of talent. The measures like raising wages, diluting the difference between an establishment outside the establishment as well as psychological counseling, positive attitude, calming face of the status of agricultural production today, rotation within a certain period, getting rid of duplicate sense and so on may solve the problem of the shortage of talent in government organs and institutions in Agriculture.4. Combining with the promotion of agricultural production situation and development trend in Gaoming, we analyze the existing agricultural extension with model SWOT, find that the promotion of multi-system complementary combines the strengths and opportunities to promote the other three modes, which effectively compensates for shortcomings of the other three promotion models, and draw that the promotion of multi-system complementary is the most suitable model for agricultural extension in Gaoming.
