Agricultural industry chain, principal status of processing, flowing and sales of agricultural products, as well as objective and mutual coordination relationship, and operating mechanism, the degree of farmers' participation, money can influence the development of agricultural industry chain and become the important factor for the sustainable development of agricultural industry chain. Therefore, optimizing the agricultural industry chain, adjusting the industry structure, promoting the development of the industry, not only can driving the development of domestic agricultural industry more deeply, also significantly controling the rapid development of the whole agriculture and the production costs. Moreover it can bring new vigor for the domestic economic construction and provide strong support for farmers.Agriculture industry chain as a new engine of agricultural development indicates a wide avenue torural economic development. Shaoyang county takes pillar industries such as sasanqua, high quality rice and pigs as base to develop the chain, which has outstanding achievement and obvious effect. In rural areas, infrastructure about agricultural is weak, difficulties of woodland circulation, low agricultural science and technology level, weak agricultural technology innovation led to the agricultural industry chain can not be widely used in the rural. Given the on-the-spot investigation in Lotus Leaf Pond Village, Chang Yangpu Town, Shaoyang County, Hunan Province, the main problems of developing agricultural industry chain are agricultural science, system planning, production factors, the agricultural industrial organization, market demand, policy propaganda and shortage of funds and so on, which severely restricts the development of rural industry chain and hinders effective implementation of the agricultural industry chain in the country.This article adopts the method of literature, understanding about the related concepts of agricultural industrial chain and the theoretical basis of developing agricultural industry chain. The method of combination questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation is adopted. The in Lotus Leaf Pond Village, Chang Yangpu Town, Shaoyang County, Hunan Province is taken as corresponding research object. The specific situation in the area and various factors of agricultural industry chain development are combined. The problems existing in the development of agricultural industry chain are analyzed. On this basis, the corresponding suggestions on the development of agricultural industry chain are put forward to optimize the agriculture industry chain, make the villagers to participate in the agricultural industry chain, explore the rule of regional differentiation in agricultural industry chain and development in similar regional agricultural industrial chain, guide the similar area to develop the agricultural industrial chain.
