Strategy is an im portant foundation for the com pany to achieve sustainable development, Xiamen ITG Property Managem ent Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen ITG Holding Co., Ltd. as a state-owned enterprise affiliated with the Xiamen Municipal Government..,has become the largest property management services company in Fujian Province after 20 years of development, and has a certain brand awareness and management scale. It is facing fierce competition in the local well-known property services companies. So faced with how to seize th e property market will con tinue the rap id development of opportunities?avoid developing threats that may be encountered?play to the company's own advantage?resolve weaknesses of the company, how to recognize their own position and market position in the industry, how to for mulate development strategies in line with thei r actual situation, and m ake rapid developm ent in the competitive market environment.In this paper, strategic management?competitive Strategy?property management and other aspects of the theory of knowledge are used. A systematic exposition of the company's external macro environment?industry Environment?internal environment?strategic choice?strategy implementation strategies. In this paper, the external macro environment of the company and the industry envi ronment were analyzed at first, policies and regulations on the environm ent ? social environment ? economic environment?technological environment are analyzed in analysis of the external macro environment,five competitive forces of the in dustry?industry strategic groups are analyzed in industry environm ental analysis. Then, through the company' s field research, combined with the company has regional brand awareness and Parent support resources, combined with brand awarene ss radiating relatively sm all and marketing range is limited and other disadvantages, through SWOT analysis, to recommend the company to be taken of growth-oriente d development strategy and centralized competitive strategy, to determine the company's development strategy in the gener al idea?strategic positioning?strategic goals. At last, to guarantee the smooth progress of the company's development strategy, to raise the com pany's measures, such as organizational structure?quality of service?financial measures?HR strategies?brand measures.At present, China's property services business is still in development stage,many experts and scholars give attention and research on the development of property services company. However, there is little systematic research the property services business development strategy, there are Less relevant documents. In this paper, the development strategy of Xiamen ITG Property Management Co., Ltd. is systematically studied. To promote the further development of the company, it has pract ical significance. It also has some reference for well-known brands of other regional property management companies have the resources to support the parent company.
