CX property management Co.,Ltd was established in 1997 and it is a professional poperty management with complete mechanisms and a 2nd level qualification in property management.CX building which is managed by CX property management Co.,Ltd is a grade A office building.During recent years CX office building has been honored as national property management model building because of its high quality services,and has gainted high recognition from market.However,during the 10 years of development of CX property management Co.,Ltd,great changes have taken place in company's internal environment and external environment.Faced with these changes and problem,it is great necessary for company to find out its Development strategy to keep its Sustainable development.In this paper,I use CX property management Co.,Ltd as my study object.After analysis of the national policies regional economic science technical I studied property management's industry structure to find out the effect of Existing competition, Potential Entrants, buyer and Supplier'sBargaining power,and Substitute replacement etc.On this basis,I conclude company's strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats,and use the internal factor evaluation matrix and the external factor evaluation matrix for quantitative analysis.By using SWOT matrix analysis, combined with the company's positioning and development goals, I propose the development strategy of the company. At last I give some corresponding measures to ensure the Successful implementation of the strategyThis study has a certain reference value to domestic property management companies and those who are seeking strategic positioning.
