The Strategy Of Port Logistics Business Of HT Group

Economic integration in the world more and more obvious premise, the competition in each country presents self-heating, but which also contains this many opportunities in the economic development of the country, the role of the logistics industry is very important, not only can reduce the material consumption, but also to ensure continuous improvement of labor productivity, it is called the "third profit source", which plays an important role in national economic development. Port logistics not only can make a port economy was mobilized, but also promote and improve the strength of the city's foreign trade, to ensure the healthy and rapid economic development.On the basis of reading the relevant literature and collecting multi data information, I used some concepts and methods of strategic management, such as PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis. Standing in the perspective of the HT Group's strategic planning, through the analysis on HT group's port logistics business situation, business development strategies, problems, internal and external environment, and other related content analysis, and in-depth analysis and detailed study on how to carry out port logistics business, I proposed a development model which fit the HT group's port logistics business, and also I proposed the corresponding strategic security conditions and implementation strategies from three aspects of capacity resources, logistics information system construction and personnel training.
