With the development of our economy and foreign import and export trade under the background of growing, air freight enterprise faces new opportunity hitherto unknown. However, in the face of foreign aviation freight giants of the coveted Chinese market and challenge of domestic and other modes of transport, air freight enterprise of our country is in a very disadvantageous competition position. Therefore, more and more cargo enterprises begin to pay attention to revenue management, and as a new profit growth point.Revenue management was born in twentieth Century 70 in the American aviation industry, is a kind of profit maximization by means of optimization prediction and scientific and reasonable as the goal to sell the products to the customer sales strategy. In this paper, some air freight company as the research object, combined with empirical analysis and theoretical study on the way of market segmentation, the use of seasonal forecasting method to forecast demand. Real earnings management is to provide personalized according to the change of micro market demand for different customers, so that the airline of the most efficient use of resources; combined with the present situation of air freight revenue management in China, the return pipe effectively management method is improved in the macro aspect of product innovation. Then, analysis of pricing strategies of price discrimination theory application, for inventory control decision analysis method; specific data and selecting the relevant routes were solved by the quantitative data model, the calculation results and not the results of the implementation of revenue management, the necessity of implementing revenue management. And put forward effective measures to improve the level of effective revenue management of air cargo enterprises, finally, analysis results, and further research direction is pointed out.
