It is significant to assess the airport configuration at the stage of airport expansion and the design and of the new airport. The evaluation to airport configuration has crucial impact on the airport terminal area airspace planning and airport construction.The research analyzed structure of the airport surface system and daily operation according to airport operation, then selected, defined and classified the index stand for the relationship between airport configuration and airport operation. Basing on the index, the paper established the assessment index system of airport configuration and determine Grey Relational Analysis method to evaluate.we establish and run the operation-simulating models of two Beijing New Airport configuration program and the Beijing Capital International Airport, the simulation method of generating flight plan based on stochastic modeling is also studied in the research. On the basis of the above work, we use the simulation data of the Beijing Capital International Airport and Beijing New Airport as a data source, use the Beijing Capital International Airport as a comparative case, we test the methods proposed in this paper, and using the method of cluster analysis to evaluate the results.Establishing the assessment index system of airport configuration can provide the support for assessing airport configuration, meanwhile it could analyze the advantages and disadvantages for different airport configuration. The airport configuration evaluation of the Beijing New Airport was given in this paper, it may offer the reference for design and plan of airport in future. |
