The development of economic globalization makes the competition in the market growing, the uncertainty of the project implementation environment is increasing, too.The Critical Chain Project Management method and the Robust Project Scheduling as the two main project scheduling theory under uncertainty have attracted the attention of the academia and entrepreneurs. This paper improves the dynamic applicability of the CCPM method, expands the basic Robust Project Scheduling from the perspective of multi-objective optimization, and puts forward the Critical Chain Project Scheduling Problem optimization theory based on robustness objective as well.Firstly, this paper proposed heuristic coordinate strategies in the perspective of robust optimization for the difficulties of the traditional CCPM. Based on the process of eliminating the secondary Resource Conflict, the robustness metrics contains the scheduling processes and the dynamic consumption of the buffers has been designed to specific quantify the robustness of project scheme. Using the generator of the Project Scheduling Problem case library to counts some randomly generated test studies, the discrete simulation results show the effectiveness of the robustness metrics. Secondly, the Critical Chain Project Scheduling Problem with Robustness model contains the robustness objective and the constraints of activities have been constructed. Using a heuristic Genetic algorithm embedded model features to solve the CCPSP-R model, and designing experiments and test sets to validate the feasibility of CCPSP-R model. Finally, embedded the project duration and robustness objective simultaneously, the Multi-objective Project Scheduling Problem with Robustness model has been build and solved by the NSGA-II, and the optimal solution set constituted by some single optimal solution which have no Pareto dominance relations between each other have been obtained. In this paper, the traditional CCPM methods and the basic Robust Project Scheduling have been provided a new perspective, the project scheduling and multi-objective optimization scheduling theory has been enriched, too. The theory of multi-objective project scheduling with robustness not only provides guidance for the project managers and practitioners to scientifically use the CCPM approach, but also improves the competitiveness of project-oriented enterprises.
