The Research On Sustainable Development Strategy Of Asian International Smes Under Mutable Environment–Based On Chil Group

Under the trends of economic globalization, SMEs has become an important economic force of "going out" in Asian countries. Associated with the tremendous market opportunities and complicated risks, SMEs are facing the survival dilemma during their development. This paper tries to study the experience of failure and success case analysis behind the history of CHIL group, pointed out that the internationalization of SMEs should focus on four sub problems and rise to the height of the strategy of sustainable development theory in the changing environment, thus to other SMEs Internationalization Growth guidance.This paper uses case study method, based on the internationalization and the sustainable development of SMEs theory research promoted by domestic and foreign scholars. Then use CHIL group as the research object, combined with the characteristics of industry development, market operation, as well as the political situation, to seriously explore the sustainable development strategy of Asian companies in the process of International.This paper discusses how CHIL group coordinated strategy and tactics, managed and control risks, as well as combined eastern and western management theory into practice under mutable environment in its process of internationalization.
