The Research Of A-company In Buffering Packaging Material Industry For Growing Strategy

A-Company as a small and micro business in buffering packaging industry, after ten years of development, is facing the problems in the overall strength, the management goal, management system, the quality of personnel and personnel stability and other aspects, which become the negative factors that hinder the further development of the company. Opportunities and challenges coexist. This thesis takes A-Company as an example, through the description of the problem, problem analysis, problem solving, by using Porter's SWOT analysis tools, PEST analysis tools and the famous five forces model, discussed the development strategy of small and micro businesses in buffering packaging industry. The thesis make the enterprise growth strategy----- WO reverse strategy. The thesis then proposed company a short, medium and long-term development goal. The paper further put forward specific implementation of the strategies from the three aspects including innovation and management, organization and management, market and marketing, to solve the existing problems in the company, construct a strong foundation for the company further development.In view of the present situation and problems of the company, this thesis attempts to propose the corresponding strategy in development strategy, management system, marketing and human resources, hopes to solve the company's existing problem, make the strong foundation for the further expansion.The author of this thesis hopes to provide some advices for the growth of similar small and micro businesses in this industry, and a little contribution to the development of the theory and practice method in this industry.
