Research On Interactive Development Between Shanghai Free Trade Zone And Pudong International Cargo Transfer Hub

With the acceleration of the global economic integration, international industrial transfer experiences increasingly high science and technology, service, and the free trade area has become the bridgehead of industrial transfer with its own openness. China(Shanghai) test free trade area(hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai free trade zone ") now has the highest degree of openness and reform, and the most comprehensive preferential policies in China, its establishment for the role of regional economic development is beyond all doubt. Meanwhile,due to the advantages of air transportation in such aspects as speed and depth, especially for high added-value and time-sensitive cargo, airport becomes the new engine of the global economy. Pudong airport has always been committed to becoming an outstanding international air cargo transfer hub, with more than ten years of effective development,high-tech manufacturing, modern services, international logistics industry continue to gather around the airport, and forms powerful economic effects. A great deal of successful international experience shows that free trade area and international air cargo transfer hub need interactive development, but due to the Customs fence, they could not be complementary advantages, or forming effective interactive development. With the establishment of Shanghai Free trade zone and the rapid development of Pudong international cargo transfer hub, it is innovative and practical to find the key elements of the interactive development and put forward some development strategy.Firstly, to determine the system of free trade zone and international air cargo transfer hub,the interactive development system dynamics model is established, and then it concludes three key dynamic mechanism, including regional economic unbalanced industrial concentration, interactive development and organizational structure level and policy level fusion of promotion; secondly, combining with the fact, it puts forward the interactive development model of Shanghai free trade zone and Pudong international cargo transfer hub;finally, it proposes an interactive development strategy for the Shanghai free trade zone and Pudong international cargo transfer hub.
