Research On Credit Risk Management Of Financial Companies In China

With the developing of economic reform in China, the non-bank financial institution that can be directly financing are mushroomed. The financial companies of enterprises groups which serve for their members belong to this category. In order to prevent the risk, it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of the loan business. Firstly, the core work of risk management is to identify all kinds of risks and inducements in order to better control them. Taking commercial bank risk management as the theoretical basis, this paper discusses and measures the various risks, in order to better control them. Secondly, according to the actual situation of the financial company, a set of risk management of project finance company loans for pro-control model is established. Finally, taking the Tengda cooperation power plant loan project as an example, the paper analyses how to manage the risk of the financial companies.
