Analysis On Financing Problems Of Financial Leasing Companies Of Tianjin Free Trade Zone

Financial leasing is known as the sunrise industry of 21 st century. It has deep meaning to the development of regulation of national macroeconomic and to improve the level of enterprise management. Financial leasing in China maintained a momentum of rapid development after a full recovery in 2007, and ranking just after the United States in total business volume at present. As a national innovation and demonstration zone, financial leasing of Tianjin Free Trade Zone has been in a leading position in China. The financial leasing of Tianjin Free Trade Zone has been constantly developing in volume of business. Although financial leasing companies of Tianjin Free Trade Zone have expanded scale and improved variety of business, there are still problems of limit of financing channel and high financing cost. So how to broaden financing channel and reduce financing cost have been key problems to be solved in the process of development of financial leasing companies of Tianjin Free Trade Zone.This paper takes the financing problem of “Tianjin Bohai”, which is the leading enterprise of Tianjin Free Trade Zone financial leasing industry as a case, analyzes diversified financing ways of “Tianjin Bohai”, hoping to offer reference to financial leasing companies of Tianjin Free Trade Zone in broadening financing channels and reducing financing cost. First, on the premise of understanding related research background and basic concepts of financial leasing, this paper introduce main financing ways of financial leasing companies in China. Second, pointing out that although financial leasing companies in Tianjin Free Trade Zone have developed rapidly, limit of financing way and high financing cost have become obstacles of developing. Third, this paper deeply researches financing case of “Tianjin Bohai” and analyzes the financing effect of it. And stating that the financing case of “Tianjin Bohai” brings inspiration to financial leasing companies of Tianjin Free Trade Zone in financing. At last, putting forward suggestions of financing to financial leasing companies of Tianjin Free Trade Zone from three aspects, which are improving macro finance environment, broadening financing channels and making innovative financing attempt.This paper has a unique view of the topic, taking the financing case of “Tianjin Bohai” as the entry point, aiming at solving financing problems of financial leasing companies of Tianjin Free Trade Zone. Hoping this research can help improve financing ways of financial leasing companies in Tianjin Free Trade Zone, and help financial leasing industry develop healthily and rapidly, and finally contribute to make Tianjin Free Trade Zone to play a more significant role in leading development of financial leasing industry in China as a innovation demonstration zone of the country.
