Research On The Impact Of The Financial Leasing Industry On Economic Growth Of The Tianjin Free Trade Area

Financial leases,also known as modern leases or financial leases,originated in the United States in 1950 s.Financing lease is a new financing method,which combines financing and leasing-assets.At present,in international equipment investment,financial leasing has become the second major financing way in addition to bank credit,and it's known as the sunrise industry in twenty-first Century.The financial leasing industry in China began in 1980 s,and now it has a history of more than thirty years.Tianjin has been incorporated into the strategy of national development in 2006,and then It has been pioneering and innovating on the way of financial reform and the development of financial leasing industry in Tianjin is in the leading position in the country.The financial leasing enterprises in Tianjin are mainly concentrated in the Binhai New Area,the financing lease industry has become one of the highlights of the reform of the Tianjin Binhai New Area..However,at present,the development of financial leasing in China is still at the initial stage,many supporting systems are not perfect,and the finance leasing industry has not yet formed a virtuous circle system.There are still many problems in the financial leasing industry of Binhai New Area.At the end of 2014,the Tianjin free trade zone was approved,which is an important opportunity for financial leasing.This article first introduces the relate concepts and advantages of financing lease,analyzes the development process of financing lease and the development status at home and abroad,and then based on the perspective of Tianjin Free Trade Zone,this paper analyzed the situation of the finance leasing industry and the existing problems,and compared with the development of financing the leasing industry in Shanghai FTA,which plays a good role of enlightenment.The empirical analysis method is used to analyze the role of Tianjin development financing leasing industry to the economy(GDP).Finally,according to the above theory and the problems which exist in the financial leasing industry of FTA,we put forward 5 suggestions in a targeted way,which promote the development of financial leasing industry in Tianjin.
