On The Difference Research Of Spatial In Chinese Manufacturing Employment Density

Since the Reform, China has made an economic miracle just in recent 30 years b y opened up and liberated its system's boundary. Meanwhile, it has present significant differences in the complex pattern of spatial structure of economic space on its vast la nd. And more and more scholars pay attention to this field.In many researchs, most agreed that the industry contributed much more in the re gional inequality. And the manufacturing sector which is a part of industry is an impo rtant sector of the national economy. This paper selects the manufacturing industry as the research object to discern spatial difference of regional economy in China, then an alyze the characteristics of differences and spatial distribution of employment in manu facturing. It is reasonable to think the correct analysis based on the distribution of the manufacturing could help us to discover the distribution of industry.With changes in domestic regional development policies and international econo mic situation since entering the new century, what continuous and spatial characteristi cs of China's manufacturing employment difference has showed? How to promote the overall development of the manufacturing sector on the premise of the equity and diff erence, and to set feasible regional economic development policy and strategy? This p aper, which focuses on that problems, will base on perspective and analysis framewor k of the New Economic Geography and combined with spatial calculations and spatial econometric model, through a combination of normative and empirical methods resea rch to analyze and study the spatial differences and spatial pattern of the country's ma nufacturing industry. The result of this paper could be provide qualitative and quantita tive reference for the planning of the manufacturing industry, strategy of coordinated economic development and optimized exploitation of country's land.This paper including six sections. Firstly, it reviews relevant theories and researc h to discuss the basic theories and valuable research in the past. Then by defining both of scales regional spatial and Chinese administrative division and the study regions, a nd selecting all regions'cross-sectional data of employment that come from Economi c Census in 2003,2008,2013 years, to estimate and analyze the distribution and simpl e characteristics of each region's manufacturing employment density. Thereafter, the paper through the method of Standard Deviational Ellipse, more specifically estimates the manufacturing employment of continuous pattern of spatial differences and Move of the centre and rule of evolution.Then, this paper which base on the above discussio n, confirm the core of manufacturing employment in regions through regional density model and its sphere of influence, and to discuss its mode and characteristics.
