The Model And Apply About The Performance-appraising System Of Financial Service Supply Chain Based On BSC

Service supply chain has been brought to the attention of the many scholars and managers, financial industry as an important part in the service sector, also need to use thought to optimize the management of the supply chain. At the same time more and more financial institutions begin to adopt the emerging financial services outsourcing business service mode, so the research on supply chain management of financial institutions is very important.This article first on the basis of research the financial service outsourcing and supply chain, considering the characteristics of financial services industry, analyses the reasons for the formation of the financial services supply chain, constructed the structure model of financial services supply chain, and analyses the main characteristics of the financial services supply chain. Combined with the advantage of BSC in performance evaluation of supply chain, analyzes its feasibility for financial service supply chain performance evaluation, constructed the evaluation model of financial supply chain performance including financial, customer, process, coordinated development, risk. The index weight is solved combined with order relation, considering the minority according to grey correlation analysis method, the advantages of simple operation, strong objectivity, using grey correlation analysis to specific financial services supply chain performance evaluation. Finally, according to the actual situation of Z financial company, on their financial service supply chain performance evaluation, and verify the financial service supply chain performance evaluation system is scientific and the optimization of management function.In this paper, we study the financial service supply chain is rich and the development of the research on service supply chain, management provides a new train of thought for financial institutions, financial service supply chain performance has laid a basis for study of system, especially the research of service supply chain to broaden the new direction.
