With the rapid development of science and technology and great change of political, economic and social environment, modern production environment is becoming more and more complex: production environment turns from simple, stable to a complex, dynamic ones, the central of competition turns from centered quality, price into people-centered ones and customers participate in production process, requirements turn from certain to random ones. The great change in production environment makes the traditional production mode no longer adapt to the demand of the market, a new and more satisfied to customers’ personalized demand production mode—mass customization production mode is well received in the enterprises. Mass customization inherits the advantages of low cost and high efficiency from mass production and try to meet customers’ personalized needs at the same time. However, commonly used, traditional methods of man-hour quota have high precision and efficiency in single product varieties, high work duplication, it is very difficult to adapt to the environment of product diversification and dynamic work content. It is a great challenge for enterprise how to obtain man-hour quota with high efficiency and precision in mass customization. For this reason, this paper puts forward a method based on factors models’ integration for man-hour quota, the main works as follows:Firstly, analysis the requirement of man-hour quota in Mass Customization environment and the problems faced by current calculation method of labor quota, and illustrated the models based on customization factors, manufacturing factors and knowledge factors, and discover the problem within factors-based models, put forward the requirement of factors-based models integration. Secondly, this paper researched the main problems need to be solved in factors-based models, put forward the ideology, principle and contents system of method based on factors-based models integration. Thirdly, The correlation between indicators in factors-based models was studied, a calculation method based on importance of indicators for distances between models was proposed, an integrated information matrix was constructed to calculate the correlation between indicators, the transformation relationship between correlation degree and distances of indicators was studied, in order to reflect the different contribution of indicators to models, a method based on the importance of indicators is proposed to calculate the distances between models. Fourthly, in order to research the function of models integration, a concept that virtual actual man-hour quota was proposed, the relative location relationship between virtual model and factors-based ones was studied, an ideology that models can be abstracted as points is proposed, utilizing the Inverse Weighted Method to calculate how similar factors-based models to virtual models, integration method was researched through the outputs of factors-based models and the value of similarity, then the integration function was put forward. Finally, the implementation process of this new method was illustrated by an actual case, and the practicability and validity of this paper’s method are verified through this case. |
