A Study On The Development Of Chongqing International Trade In The Background Of Launching YUXINOU International Railway

With the development of economy, the international trade of Chongqingachieves a great goal at the same time.The traditional trade commodity in Chongqing is automobiles and motorcycles, but now the traditional industries wipe out their advantages since the labour intensive industry loses advantage in Chongqing. So Chongqing government needs to find out some new industry to support the trade development, and notebook computer industry emerges at the time. In order to sovle the logistics problem of products of the new-born industry, Chongqing goverent launches YUXINOU international railway.Chongqing locates in inland region, and the inconvenient traffic condition caused by geographical position restricts the sustained international development. YUXINOU international railwaygives a new logistics channel for trade of Chongqing.The railway is not just for logistics-use and it improves the international trade environment of Chongqing and makes the municipality turn a new trade development stage. At the same time, YUXINOU international railway makes Chongqing involve deep in The Belt and Road Initiative, and that is good for international trade progess.This paper researches on international trade situation and development strategy of Chongqing with the background of launching YUXINOU international railway.This paper focuses on new development of Chongqing international trade with that YUXINOU international railway, the logistics corridor, has opened.
