How to better manage suppliers, give full play to the role of suppliers to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, is the key issue faced by every business.F Company located in the electronic components industry, the industry is capital-intensive, high-tech industry, many kinds of raw materials, technical requirements grade range, wide supplier of distribution.
