Research On The Evolution Of Chinese-style Equipment Manufacturing Industry Hollowing-out

As the important fundamental industry of the national economic construction, the development of equipment manufacturing industry is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood and national defense security and other related industries, it is an important symbol of a country’s comprehensive national strength is an important performance. However,as the adjustment of the development of global economy, China’s equipment manufacturing industry with extensive mode embed into low-end of the global value chain, constrained and dependent on multinational companies in developed countries, industry is locked in the bottom of the value chain.In recent years, China’s equipment manufacturing industry field appears the phenomenon of highly depends on the foreign technology and weakness on industrial international competitiveness and lower on industrial security, Which can explain that the hollowing out is becoming one of the biggest risks to the development of China’s equipment manufacturing industry.This paper focuses on revealing the evolution of hollowing out risk trend of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry, to provide support for implementing an effective risk management of hollowing out, and to ensure the strongly development of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry, In this paper, through the analysis of current situation of the development of equipment manufacturing industry, to establish hollowing out discriminant index system and deal with the corresponding index data, using grey correlation entropy model to study the hollowing out evolution trend of China’s equipment manufacturing industry, making the following conclusions:(1) China’s equipment manufacturing industry exist large and weak phenomenon,industry development environment scale and benefits are good,but there is industrial international competitiveness is weak and low security of industry;(2) from the point of whole equipment manufacturing industry analysis, the risk of hollowing out intensify,but slower;(3) from the point of each industry segment analysis results,the risk level of hollowing out is enhanced, but the industry is different.Based on the quantitative analysis results, the article gives the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions for the future development of China’s equipment manufacturing industry, in order to breakthrough hollowing out development constraints, and provide decision support for promoting the development of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry.
