The Tablet Assembly Equipment Study Basedon Discrete Events Simulation

The consumable electrical production face to more and more competition,and will use more automatic equipment on production line. It because the major factor to think about how to make sure the production cost will be well evaluated and make the competitive price. Now,the enterprise find the efficiency of the equipment was have deviation with the efficiency when they did the evaluation,and the production price decision making with an incorrect evaluation. In order to get a better evaluation,we found the traditional evaluation is based on the static calculation which only consider the static cycle time,but the discrete event will happen during the real production process which can not be included in the traditional evaluation. This cause the efficiency difference between the traditional evaluation and the real production. We need to develop a new evaluation which consider the discrete event and to get a close evaluation result,for the production price decision.Here we introduce the discrete event in the evaluation process,collect the data for the discrete events and analysis the data, use simulation software FlexSim to build the production model,and come out a better solution to evaluate the efficiency. And use this method to evaluate a tablet production line,dig out the statistical relationship inside the data and create the simulation system based on the data analysis,run the simulation system and generate the result from the software. All these progress not only provide the more realistic evaluation about the production line,and provide more robust suggestion to the decision maker for their reference,and finally finish the production evaluation and the price determination.From the study and compare with the real production,the simulation with discrete events get more close data to reflect the production status,and will give much support for the enterprise price determination.
