The rapid development in the global economy and increasingly competitive era, management and motivation of employees has become an important aspect of the competition, while performance appraisal is an important aspect of business competition. Human resource is the first resource of the enterprise and it is the most powerful competitive tool in gaining advantage. At the same time with the relevant laws, regulations and norms of construction industry is increasingly perfect, the responsibility of supervision unit is more and more big, the demands on the quality of supervision is getting higher and higher. So set up effective performance appraisal system, the supervision personnel performance evaluation is particularly important.The article draws on human resource management, performance appraisal, such as research, in terms of performance evaluation of the literature was summarized and analyzed under the premise of Beijing Pake International Engineering Consulting Co.
