Performance measurement is a very important part and a core content of corporation's human resource management. It is a very important issue of human resource management's performance measurement, how to equally and exactly evaluate employees performance. It is also very realistic for modern corporations that, by researching corporations and designing performance measurement systems or modes which are suitable for the particular corporations, corporations can promote the level of HR management and the general management of themselves, and can improve their competition. This paper starts from performance management system, and then extends to performance measurement which is one part of performance management. It first sums up domestic and international performance management situations and analyzes relevant theories, and then expounds the meaning of performance measurement and theory references, and finally concludes the present popular standards and programs and implements of performance measurement, and compares these measurement methods to summarize their advantages and shortages. Secondly, this paper stresses to discuss 360 degree feedback performance measurement. It describes its meaning and theory basic, and analyzes various group of valuators'advantages and shortages of 360 degree feedback performance measurement, and finally concludes its criterion and notices. Thirdly, under the guide of quantification measurement theory, this paper introduces quantification measurement method which uses the analytic hierarchy process to define measurement target and the weight of various group of valuators, is built under the basis as 360 degree feedback performance measurement and combining with multiple factors general measurement. It can deal the performance measurement result quantificational. At last, this paper analyzes a quantificational performance measurement model sample to prove its point and conclusion.
