In the times of traditional industrial economy, capital and financial aspects of the organization were supposed to be the foundation of the value creation in the organization. Enterprises bought raw mater and produced by utilizing labor, capital and technology and finally made profits through value addition. However, the advent of internet age changed the way of value creation. The foundation of value creation becomes knowledge creation and innovation but not capital and financial aspects. In the internet age, alliance enterprises which are reflected by collective wisdom are more and more popular. In these enterprises, knowledge and wisdom are the most important resources to create value. We call the organizations which hit their targets by cooperating alliance enterprises. These enterprises are usually without specific structure and process, and they are independent. Alliance enterprises are usually internet companies, Cause the development of these enterprises are relied on knowledgeable staff. The alliance relationship is built up on the foundation of the goal of both enterprises and individuals. The alliance relationship does not only exist in the internal organizations but also breaks the boundary of organizations to build a more extensive alliance. The alliance enterprises adopt term employment system. For different term employees, organizations provide different work contents. In alliance enterprises, value is used to coordinate the goal of organization and individuals, and through this way, both enterprise and individuals are willing to contribute to each other. Connections building are supposed to be a very important structure in alliance enterprises and it becomes one important way to realize performance for both organization and individuals. Enterprises encourage employees to build connections outside to get valuable information for organization, and though this way, enterprises can find opportunities and achieve successes.Based on the characteristics of the alliance enterprises, I bring forward the new staff management for this kind of organizations, including the value-guide recruiting, capacity highlighting performance management, working and salary motivation and boundary-breaking staff career development. For value-guide recruiting, different levels staff need different value coordinating and testing. In the performance management, the capacity of staff is more important than performance test results. How to make the knowledgeable staff effective is the most important thing for enterprises. By providing different pay models to different kind and level staff, we make it fairer and more motivate. Knowledge workers in the alliance organization are realized through the work, which can achieve the function of motivation by meeting the needs of different types and different levels of employees. In the end of this thesis, I put forward the breakthrough of organizational boundaries of the staff career development planning and management. Through the new employee management mode research, exploration and summary, I hope it can bring some inspirations to enterprise managers.
