Research On Optimization Of Logistics Management In C Automobile Factory

With the furious market competition and superfluous throughput, there was an obvious development trend in the auto industries in the past ten years, such as profit reduction, price fall, increase of product complexity, cost rise of research and development and continuous merger and restructuring of enterprises, which made the managing risk of complete vehicle factory continuous-rising and the managing pressure increasingly enlarged.Based on the long-term investigation and research of inbound logistics activities of auto parts and assemblies, raw materials, the paper takes inbound logistics system of C Automobile factory as research object. Then it takes the advanced logistics management theory as instruction, using the similar cases as reference, extracting the successful experience and failing lessons from the similar enterprises and combining the actuality of C Automobile factory; it puts forward the improvement actions of inbound logistics management.This paper describes the improvement of the inbound logistics management of C Automobile factory in three parts: one is summarization of logistics management theory and practice, which provides the theoretical and practical basis for the improvement of the inbound logistics management of C Automobile factory; one is analysis of the inbound logistics management actuality of C Automobile factory, which provides basic fact and basis for the improvement of inbound logistics management of C Automobile factory; another is improvement actions of inbound logistics management of C Automobile factory, which provides specific measures for the improvement of inbound logistics management of C Automobile factory.Finally,through the comparison of the organizational structure, personel, equipment, inventory level and the cost around the inplementation of the C Automobile factory, we find out the logistics optimization program of the C Automobile factory not only to buffer the resistance of the state-owned enterprises’ reform, but also makes the company’s inventory level has been significantly improved, so all of these decrease the logistics costs of the C Automobile factaory.
