The basis of employee satisfaction is to achieve customer satisfaction, for modern enterprise, the enterprise in order to strengthen the management of employee satisfaction, has important practical significance and strategic significance, through the employee satisfaction to achieve customer satisfaction, and improve enterprise economic benefits, achieve sustainable and healthy and rapid development of enterprises.In this paper, first of all, on the basis of the literature retrieval,interview, design and verify the factors affecting the small and medium-sized enterprise employees' job satisfaction questionnaire \", and sampling investigation, through item analysis, factor analysis, test,reliability and validity of the various influence factors of small and medium-sized enterprise employees' job satisfaction of scientific argumentation inspection, on the basis of further formed the small and medium-sized enterprise employees' job satisfaction assessment scale.Second, in order to early establishment of small and medium-sized enterprise employees' job satisfaction evaluation scale for the assessment tool, select a Qingdao textile enterprise as research object, and used to evaluate employee job satisfaction status quo, through the questionnaire survey found that the enterprise employees' job satisfaction for those in thebottom ten: challenging work, company recognition of employee, fair assessment, leadership concern and support, leading to employee suggestion value, rich in content, the staff involved in management decisions, personal abilities, evaluation methods, development prospects,that employees in several low satisfaction evaluation, this needs to be improved.Through the analysis of the differences between the results showed that: different age levels of employee satisfaction, with the increase of age,satisfaction level also in ascension; Different levels of employee satisfaction between the sexes. Female employee satisfaction levels in various aspects were higher than the male employee satisfaction level;Different different salary of employee satisfaction. With the increase of salary, employees' job satisfaction will be more and more high. One month income in 2000 yuan of the following employee satisfaction level minimum, and the income is in 5000 yuan and above the highest employee satisfaction, and both show significant difference; Different different working fixed number of year of the employee satisfaction. With the increase of working years, employees' job satisfaction is higher. Including minimum 5 years and the following employee satisfaction level, and work life of employee satisfaction is highest in 15 years and older, and both show significant difference.Finally standing on the corporate perspective and the perspective of their employees, from set up the concept of "people-oriented, staff is the highest", establishing perfect employees incentive mechanism, improve the enterprise mechanism, create employee growth environment three aspects put forward the targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.
