The urban integration is our country puts forward a new concept, in a sense equivalent to foreign "urban agglomerations" or "metropolitan area", the development mode of the urban integration is conducive to break administrative barriers between cities, between cities in different social, economic, cultural and ecological cooperation, mutual benefit and common development. Land resources as the carrier of the urban integration is one of city development is the most important resource factor, reasonable land use structure can effectively promote the development of the city, city development, in turn, would restrict land use structure layout. Therefore, study on the background of the city land use structure optimization layout, to the development of the city as the constraint conditions, the establishment of city under the background of the land use structure optimization model, to promote the development of the urban integration has important significance.This paper takes Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone as the study area, based on the urban integration of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone development background, this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the urban integration of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the basic condition of system and mechanism research of city development relationship with the land use structure, followed by the analysis of land use situation of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the north the Gulf of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone land use characteristics and existing problems, and then using the grey GM(1,1) forecast 2020 population, cultivated land, grain yield and grain yield, setting variables, objective function and constraint conditions of the urban integration, construction land use structure optimization model, the linggo software to solve the model finally get the optimal results. Analysis of optimization scheme and suggestions.Optimization results show that the optimization of cultivated land area decrease 1079.76 hectares, garden increases 19942.27 hectares, the forest increased 22813.5 hectares, grassland decreased 558.99 hectares and other agricultural land increased 3490.33 hectares, urban land increased 38636.59 hectares, rural residents reduce 39650.81 hectares and independent industrial and mining land increased 1705.7 hectares, traffic land increased 9001.82 hectares, without use of reduced 79861.08 hectares. The optimized land use structure gives attention to both economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit, which has positive significance to promote the sustainable use of land and the healthy development of the urban integration in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of Guangxi.
