Profitability is the essential attribute of enterprises,the ultimate goal of survival and development of enterprises is the maximization of corporate value.Value Management has evolved into a comprehensive management tool and one of the most popular management philosophies.Under the new economic situation,with the rapid development of software industry,how to apply value human into resource management by software companies gave us a new perspective.The management of scientific and technical personnel of software project is an important part of human resource management,those personnel has the characteristics of knowledge workers,is an important part of value creation,human resource management of technical personnel directly determine the merits of the viability and profitability of IT enterprises.Based on the theory and analysis of results of previous studies,according to Michael Porter's value chain model of traditional value chain model and human resource management theory,this paper build the system model of the value management and use this model to analyze technical personnel human resource management,taking certain software Shenzhen enterprise as a specific case to try to obtain some practical guidance.Based on this model,this paper worked out technology-related core business processes and key human resource practices,according to the advantages and disadvantages of technical human resources management of this enterprises,then proposed specific measures to solve these problems according to the framework of value-based management system model of technical personnel,such as post analysis and planning,and the establishment of technical personnel career path,driving personal value and enterprise value into synchronization,the realization of individuals' value will be at the same pace with the realization of business value.This paper provide a theoretical framework and practical guidance and a reliable method for human resource management of software project technical staff,this can be similarly applied to other human resources management such as sales personnel,also can be applied to other types of enterprises,which have important guiding significance.
